Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono rolę pracownika i wpływ motywacji w stymulowaniu jego zachowań innowacyjnych w procesie pracy. Określono znaczenie terminu „motywacja” z punktu widzenia psychologii pracy oraz omówiono wpływ motywacji na rozwój aktywności zachowania innowacyjnego pracowników. Zaprezentowano problematykę motywacji finansowej i niematerialnej w rozwoju innowacyjności.
