Wykorzystanie nowych uprawnień ratownika medycznego w opiece nad chorym po spontanicznym powrocie krążenia – opis przypadku

Abstract
Extending the authorisations of paramedics increases the chance of patient survival after cardiac arrest and the return of spontaneous circulation, allowing to implement the post-resuscitation care. A street case of cardiac arrest described in the paper, together with the applied post- -resuscitation care, is aimed to demonstrate that a team of two paramedics can conform to the guidelines of the European Resuscitation Council in the case of cardiac arrest, as well as of supraventricular tachycardia, after the return of circulation, according to the algorithms of the European Resuscitation Council of 2015. The case report includes the details of the operations of the basic team, as well as systemized procedures of the implemented treatment.
