ABOUT THE AUTHORITY OF THE SUPREME QUALIFICATION COMMISSION OF NOTARIATE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article researches some questions about the authority of the Supreme qualification commission of notariate in Ukraine, defines tasks, functions and the procedure for its activities. It also analyzes legislative innovations on how to access notarial activities and reviews scientific achievements of the chosen topic.
