PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MIGRATION REGIME IN UKRAINE AND THE WAYS OF THEIR RESOLUTION

Abstract
The article highlights the problems of implementation of the migration regime in Ukraine, revealed their causes and characteristics of their display in public life. Attention is focused on solving three major problems associated with the variability of migration in the world, the migration of system instability and heterogeneity of migration and the legal status of individuals.
