ABUSES IN ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES. INTERNATIONAL ASPECTS

Abstract
Abuses (frauds) and corruptions in enterprises are dangerous phenomenon in many countries. Such cases produce significant f.e. losses in firms and state budget, disturbances of competiveness, lowered employee’s morale and others. Frauds and corruptions were increased in the world during last years. Reports with international researches which are cited in this paper given the evidence for this Social action against these negative phenomena in enterprises is necessary. V Important role coukld be perform by international organizations and effectively operated domestic government authority for economy fraud.
