SOCIAL EFFECTS OF THE OPERATION OF CAPITAL GROUPS IN POLAND

Abstract
Transformation of Polish economy caused the necessity of changes in entrepreneurships and its adjustment to the new conditions in market. As a result, structural changes occur in every sector of economy. These changes are caused by the will of fight with increasing competition by forming capital groups, among others. Capital groups in Poland started to appear in the nineties, so relatively newly. However, it is known that participation in a capital group is a good example of development of enterprises.
