Abstract
The article is devoted to clarifying the nature of the concept of corruption, analyzes the reasons and the conditions promoting Commission of corruption acts. The study analyzed the legislation on the subject and scientific literature, which allowed determining the main directions of the fight against corruption. Conclusions concerning the fight against corruption in modern conditions.
