ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF LEGISLATION ON TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND RADIO OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with a range of issues related to the administrative responsibility and problematic aspects of its application for violation of legislation on telecommunications and radiofrequency of Ukraine. The administrative responsibility is determined amongst other types of liability which can be applied in these areas, the reasons of administrative sanctions against the telecommunication market and radiofrequency users are analyzed, suggestions in relation to possible classification of administrative violations in these areas are provided.
