ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE SELF-EMPLOYMENT OF STUDENTS AS THE FORMATION OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST PERSONALITY (BY THE EXAMPLE OF KREMENCHUK MIKHAILO OSTROGRADSKYI NATIONAL UNIVERSITY CREATIVE COLLECTIVES)

Abstract
Purpose. To analyze “creativity”, “personal creative capabilities”, and “creative potential” concepts. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study were the theoretical positions of the analytic theory of personality. In the course of research, methods of artistic creativity organization of the Kremenchuk Mykhaylo Ostrogradskyi National University students have been identified. Findings. The article defines the concepts of “creativity”, “personal creative capabilities”, “creative potential”, describes the meaning of artistic and creative activity as a component of a pedagogical process in a higher educational institution, which combines different types of students’ creative self-realization in amateur art forms; promotes familiarization with national and world-wide cultural heritage; enriches the emotional sphere and the culture of feelings; promotes the formation of a moral values system. Originality. The research is based on an analysis of the conditions and peculiarities of artistic and creative self-development of the Kremenchuk Mykhaylo Ostrogradskyi National University students. Practical value. It has been established that the university created the necessary conditions for the implementation of creative capabilities, abilities, giftedness of students by means of different types and genres of art in the process of formation of the personality of the future professional. Creatively gifted students have the opportunities for personal self-development in collectives of artistic creativity, through engaging in active concert activities, thematic events, festive evenings. Conclusions. Positive experience of creation of conditions for artistic and creative self-realization of student youth in the KrNU certifies that this educational institution carries out training of not only highly skilled, professionally trained personnel for the economy of society, but also aesthetically competent, future-oriented heirs of the spiritual culture of their nation.
