ASSESSMENT MODEL OF ADULT EDUCATORS’ COMPETENCES LEVEL TO WORK WITH MIGRANTS AND REFUGEES

Abstract

The main aim of the article is to develop an Assessment model to evaluate the level of digital, social and civic competences of adult educators and to give suggestion on how to increase their competences for better outreach of diversified learners: migrants and refugees. This rather new and challenging target group of learners needs new approaches and innovative learning pathways to motivate them to learn. It means that the competences of adult educators who work with these learners have to be constantly assessed and improved. The paper analyses how digital, social and civic competencies might be evaluated in adult educators‘ work with migrants and refugees.
