BİST-SPOR ENDEKSİNDE İŞLEM GÖREN ŞİRKETLERİN FİRMA DEĞERLERİNİN TESPİTİ

Abstract
Finans teorisi firma amacının ne olması gerektiği problematiğini hissedarların servetlerinin maksimize edilmesi gerekliliğini ileri sürerek çözmektedir. Hissedarların servetlerinin değerinin maksimize edilmesi, firmanın değerinin maksimize edilmesi anlamına gelmektedir. Firma değerinin hesaplanmasında çeşitli yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Bu yöntemlerden biri öz sermayeye serbest nakit akımları yöntemidir. Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, Beşiktaş ve Trabzonspor spor kulüpleri anonim şirketlerinin hisse senetleri BİST-SPOR endeksinde işlem görmektedirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı hisse senetleri BİST-SPOR endeksinde işlem gören Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, Beşiktaş ve Trabzonspor kulüpleri anonim şirketleri firma değerlerinin öz sermayeye serbest nakit akımı yöntemi ile tespit etmektir. Yapılan hesaplamalar sonucunda şirketlerin firma değerlerinin sıralaması; Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Galatasaray Sportif Sınai Ticari Yatırımlar A.Ş, Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş, ve Trabzonspor Sportif Yatırım ve Futbol İşletmeciliği A.Ş. şeklinde gerçekleşmiştir. Negatif öz sermayeye rağmen piyasa ve firma değerlerinin genel olarak pozitif hesaplanmasına etki eden unsurun firmaların spor kulüpleri taraftarlarının hisse senedi alımından kaynaklanan değer artışı olduğu ileri sürülmüştür.
