CATEGORICAL ANALYSIS OF FISCAL POLICY ESSENCE IN A MODERN FINANCIAL THEORY

Abstract
The views of different scientists on the essence of fiscal policy were studied and analyzed in this article. Based on the analysis, the common and distinguishing features of studying the essence of fiscal policy were singled out. As the result, author’s own view on fiscal policy was formed and justified; also the definition of it was clarified in such way to exclude the contradiction with the modern financial theory.
