CHARACTERISTICS OF ORGANIZATIONAL ABILITIES OF SENIOR PUPILS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the characterization of organizational skills of high school students. First of all, the essence of the concepts “ability”, “organizational ability” is clarified, and abilities are considered as one of the individual psychological characteristics of a person. It is indicated that students need to make special efforts to master organizational skills not to be afraid of difficulties, to be able to cope with them, to be patient, persistent, and diligent. Then the author dwells on the tasks that are appropriate for this purpose, and puts forward ten requirements. These requirements can be found in the provided article.
