Child Rights, Child Poverty and Islam: a Comparative Analysis of Islamic and Rights-based Approaches to Child Poverty Reduction with Particular Reference to the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract

مقاله حاضر از اتخاذ رویکرد مبتنی بر«شأن انسانی» در سیاست‌گذاری در جهت مبارزه با فقر کودکان در کشورهای اسلامی مانند جمهوری اسلامی ایران حمایت می‌کند. چنین رویکردی، مفاهیم و ارزش‌های اسلامی درباره عدالت اجتماعی را با نقاط قوتِ رویکرد حقوق بشری از جمله تحلیل داده‌ها و تدوین سیاست‌ها با محوریت کودک و توجه به عوامل تعیین کننده در رابطه با فقر کودکان تلفیق می کند. انجام پژوهش بیشتر درباره رویکردهای مبتنی بر شأن انسانی در رابطه با فقر کودکان در ادیان و فرهنگ‌های دیگر در ارتقا درک متقابل و ایجاد ائتلاف میان سازمان‌های مذهبی و غیرمذهبی فعال در زمینه کودکان مفید خواهد بود.
