Abstract
مقاله حاضر از اتخاذ رویکرد مبتنی بر«شأن انسانی» در سیاستگذاری در جهت مبارزه با فقر کودکان در کشورهای اسلامی مانند جمهوری اسلامی ایران حمایت میکند. چنین رویکردی، مفاهیم و ارزشهای اسلامی درباره عدالت اجتماعی را با نقاط قوتِ رویکرد حقوق بشری از جمله تحلیل دادهها و تدوین سیاستها با محوریت کودک و توجه به عوامل تعیین کننده در رابطه با فقر کودکان تلفیق می کند. انجام پژوهش بیشتر درباره رویکردهای مبتنی بر شأن انسانی در رابطه با فقر کودکان در ادیان و فرهنگهای دیگر در ارتقا درک متقابل و ایجاد ائتلاف میان سازمانهای مذهبی و غیرمذهبی فعال در زمینه کودکان مفید خواهد بود.
