Chronological boundaries of historical types (subsystems) of Ukrainian customary law

Abstract
The article is devoted to time parameters of histori- cal types (subsystems) of Ukrainian customary law. The chronological boundaries of the pre-state, “verv”, “kopa”, Carpathian and Cossack law are proposed. Their correla- tion with main periodizations of Ukrainian state and law history is analyzed.
