COAL MINE VENTILATION ORGANIZATION IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Abstract

Coal mine ventilation schemes control questions in the process of rescue work conduct when we have methane and coal dust explosions and underground res are reviewed. Problem of appropriate reverse ventilation schemes provision prescribed by an Emergency liquidation plan correspondence to really possible schemes in emergency cases is described. Necessity of forecast ventilation calculations conduct of regular ventilation schemes with consideration of after accident conditions and in cases of reversing the ventilation streams is shown. Necessity to solve the question of the necessary initial data availability for this aim is justi ed. With consideration of modern conditions when coal seams are developed intensively using powerful coal extracting complexes, the measures recommended in the article must be considered and realized.
