COMPETITIVE ENTERPRISE STAFF IN THE CONTEXT OF LABOUR POTENTIAL

Abstract
Introduction. The staff increasingly determines competitive position of enterprises under conditions of the European integration. This staff is focused on gaining competitive advantage in education, outcome of labor capable of intellectual and professional development, implementation and development of innovation to the world standards, creation of competitive products. Important place belongs to enhance competitiveness of the labor potential of enterprises among these of processes. Purpose. The purpose of the article is: to explore the main approaches to the definition of "competitive of personnel of enterprise" and identify the relationship of the competitiveness of enterprises with competitive of labor potential. Methods. The methods of logic synthesis, combination, analysis and synthesis, groupings, systematic and comparative analysis, graphics, monographic method are used in the process of the study. Results. The content of categories "competition", "competitiveness of labor force", "staff competitiveness" and " competitiveness of employee." The characteristics of competitive labor potential are determined: relative, dynamic, targeted, low formality, integrated perception, dualistic understanding and incomplete depending on the enterprise. Scheme of the relationship of enterprise competitiveness and labor potential staff is constructed. A number of measures is proposed To increase the competitiveness of the labor potential of the company. Discussion. This is important to determine how it should realize the labor potential of enterprises to get the best effect from using it to achieve by Ukraine a decent competitive position among other countries. Taking into account the relationship of personnel management and the competitiveness of enterprises will enable to create new competitive advantages for enterprises, improve effectiveness of the use of labor potential and strengthen its competitor market position. The perspective direction of the further researches is the substantiation of the system of indicators to measure of labor potential, which would give an opportunity to objectively evaluate the possibilities of enterprise in the field of human resources and purposefully manage the process for involving them in productive activities.
