Compositions and Conditions that Promote the Formation of Competitiveness at the Pharmaceutical Sphere in the Institution of Higher Education

Abstract

The article contains factors, compositions and conditions that promote the formation of future pharmacists in the pharmaceutical branch in the process of professional training in the Institution of Higher Education. The problem of the structure’s influence of these components on the development of characteristic features inherent in competitiveness has been considered. Based on the structural components and their data – the levels of competitiveness’s formation of a specialist have been established: low, medium and high. Thus, component-structural analyses help determining the ways of managing the formation of specialists’ competitiveness in the Pharmaceutical Branch. It is possible to consider that the structure of a specialist’s competitiveness in the Pharmaceutical Branch consists of the following components: motivational, cognitive, motivationally-cognitive, cognitively-active, axiological, praxeological, professionally-active, reflexive-evaluative, reflexive. It is also possible to identify the internal factors that affect the formation of a specialist’s competitiveness. External factors are considered: political, technological, economical and social, but internal factors are: professional competence; level and quality of education; motivation and organizational abilities: cultural, moral and life orientations. Professional essence of a specialist’s competitiveness is in its definition as a complex integral component that allows individuals to complete successfully in their field of activity. Thus, a specialist’s competitiveness is a model of labor’s quality. The above-mentioned characteristics of competitiveness are interdependent and only in unity ensured successfully of professional activity in the new economic conditions for a specialist’s competitiveness in the Labor Market.
