Abstract
The article deals with the order of application of the drive as the measure to ensure the criminal proceedings, as a consequence of non-arrival of the person to the call of the investigator, prosecutor and court challenge. The author investigated the requirements for petition for application of the drive and the order of the trial. The features on the application of the drive are examined. The author offered recommendations for improving the use of examined measures to ensure the criminal proceedings.
