Abstract
In this paper the author found and analyzed doctrinal views on the legal status of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine acts. The features of the legal maintenance of activity Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the regulation of the legal status of his acts. Are summed up important lawmaking acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine determined their impact on the law-making activity in Ukraine.
