CREATIVE EDUCATION ENVIRONMENT – THE WAY TO SUCCESSFUL PEDAGOGICAL WORK OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Abstract
The article deals with the actual issue of a creative inner-institutional educational environment establishing, which is conducive to train the future elementary school teachers to form the creative abilities of junior schoolchildren. The article presents the poly-aspect of a radically updated and qualitatively new educational environment of creative orientation. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the creative inner-institutional educational environment is a special form of the subject-subject interaction between professionals and future specialists. The process simulation of professional training among of future elementary school teachers is offered. It helps to form the creative abilities of junior schoolchildren under conditions of a creative inner-institutional educational environment.
