FORMING A FAVOURABLE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE AT COLLECTIVE OF SOCIAL SPHERE INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The theoretical questions covering formation of social-psychological climate in collective institutions of social sphere have been explored. Author emphasizes that social-psychological climate is a proper sign of team development level, of team psycho reserves ready for implementation, and favourable social-psychological team climate of social sphere institution that supply increasing of labour capacity and efficiency of work. Factors that affect the formation of social-psychological climate have been identified. The most important signs of a favorable socio-psychological climate have been outlined. Author justified the need for the development and implementation of necessary conditions that facilitated the formation of team work in the institution of social sphere.
