CRIMINAL-LEGAL PROTECTION OF CONSUMERS IN UKRAINE IN THE PRE-REVOLUTIONARY PERIOD: ANALYSIS OF PRIMARY SOURCES

Abstract
The article is devoted to review of norms of criminal law, which acted on the territory of Ukraine in the XIX – beg. XX century. The author formulated the list of crimes that impinge on the rights of consumers and gave their characteristics. Based on research it was found general features of criminal legal protection of consumer`s rights in Ukraine in the pre- revolutionary period.
