GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES OF SUB-FUNCTIONS OF THE MORTGAGE MARKET INFRASTRUCTURE ESTABLISHMENT FUNCTION

Abstract
The present article substantiates, based on the subject-object approach used herein, that the establishment of mortgage market infrastructure is a public administration function, which details depend, following the subject approach, on the peculiarities of the object of the organizational and governmental influence. The function of establishment of the mortgage market infrastructure includes a range of sub-functions, with the analysis revealing their key features, and defines the areas of influence in the process of the mortgage lending market development. Any classification of functions and sub-functions may be conditional to a certain degree, depending on the purpose of its usage, position of a public body within the government machinery system, and other factors.
