CURRENT PROBLEMS IN THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE CONTEXT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract
This article discusses the issue of protecting human rights in the context of corporate social responsibility. The author argues that although CSR has been recognized as an important concept, it is not always effectively implemented by companies. The article highlights the need for companies to address human rights issues in their supply chains, including issues related to forced labor and child labor. The author also discusses the role of governments and international organizations in promoting human rights and ensuring companies comply with international standards. The article concludes that there is a need for greater collaboration between companies, governments, and civil society organizations to address human rights issues and promote sustainable development.
