DE L’EFFET DE L’ELLIPSE DANS LES EXPRESSIONS PROVERBIALES : VALEUR ARGUMENTATIVE ET EQUIVALENCE TRADUCTIVE (L’EXEMPLE DES PROVERBES TUNISIENS)

Abstract
The aim of this paper is firstly to carry a reflection to know how the proverbs – as elements of the speech – preserve their argumentative direction when is used in elliptic from (shortened). Th other purpose is to study the types of equivalences proverbs obtained through the translation of the Tunisian proverbs into french and examing the processes of translation (adaptation, amplification, reduction…). It is a question to know if traduction operation menages conserve – in the target language – the singularities as well formal and semantic of the proverbs.
