In the professional activity of a teacher, the level of development of professional and pedagogical culture as a complex integrated personal phenomenon in the unity and harmony of structural and functional components is of great importance. Professional and pedagogical culture is an indicator of the level of the professional training of the future teacher. The structure of professional and pedagogical culture includes structural components (motivational, personal, cognitive and activity ones), which are interconnected with one another and with functional components (cognitive, educational, evaluative, communicative, and recreational ones). These components are generalizing, they give the integrity of the teacher’s personality, guide his/her professional and pedagogical activities, and determine his/her behavior. Cognitive and motivational components are the professional basis of professional and pedagogical culture, the personal component is a condition for improving the level of professional and pedagogical culture-and the activity component is a means of its development. This education is not formed spontaneously, but requires special, step-by-step, purposeful work in the process of preparing the future music teacher of primary school. This phenomenon is not developed spontaneously, it requires special, step-by-step, and purposeful work in the process of training the future music teacher in primary school. The professional pedagogical culture of primary school and music teachers, being the degree of multifaceted development of general and cultural, psychological, communicative, aesthetic, and performing phenomena of musical and pedagogical reality, is a socio-psychological formation, which is responsible for the knowledge, value awareness and creative activity in the world of musical and pedagogical values. The ability of music teachers to project their creative professional activities according to the laws of the good, harmony and humanistic personality-oriented pedagogy is the most important ability, which is developed on the basis of the combination of the individual’s creative and special abilities. Realization of spiritual, cultural, moral, aesthetic and artistic values of musical art by the teacher-musician is the main indicator of highly professional culture of a person, evidence of increasing his/her spirituality and cultural wealth.
