The first Russian revolution of 1905–1907 was significant for the witnesses of those events who saw with their own eyes the confrontation of revolutionary forces with the defenders of the monarchical orders in the state. During this period, revolutionary parties, which, with the help of agitation measures, revolutionary propaganda and terror, tried to break the institute of monarchism in the Russian Empire.
