Abstract
Dyspoea is a symptom of a disproportion between the amount of oxygen needed and supplied. It can be a symptom of numerous diseases, not only of the respiratory system, but also of the circulatory system. Properly implemented therapeutic procedure, enabling to prevent respiratory failure and cardiac arrest, depends on thorough examination and accurate diagnosis.
