ECONOMIC AND INFORMATION ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines main trends in the development of the educational services market related to: conditions of informatization of the society and internationalization of economic processes; forms of educational services in the created educational information environment; features of distance education services. The essence of the open education model is determined as a result of the evolutionary path of development and formation of the information component of human education. Authors researched basic principles of distance education, which include: free access, distance learning. Particular attention is paid to the principle of humanization, which consists in availability of benefits for socially vulnerable groups of population and a free schedule of training. Given the features of distance education, authors defined specific characteristics of distance educational services.
