EDUCACIÓN PÚBLICA Y EMPRESAS EDUCATIVAS. CONTINUIDADES Y RUPTURAS DEL NEOLIBERALISMO EN LATINOAMERICA Y LA ARGENTINA (1994-2012)

Abstract
This study referring to the structural changes that resulted in the conservative reform applied in Latin America from the 1970s. In particular it attends the Constitution of the neoliberal matrix designed in educational systems, as well as its continuities and breaches with respect to the present day. As the core of problematization addressed the relationships that during this process were forming and strengthening between the Argentine State public education, educational private enterprises and its linkages with international bodies (World Bank; IDB; UNESCO). These actions appear to contribute little to the dismantling of the regressive and bureaucratic educational system belonging to the matrix neo-liberal, as is the case with the implementation of targeted programs and agreements with non-governmental organizations linked to corporate companies, which give to education public policy strong traits of nature privates.
