ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ СТАН ДЕРЖАВИ ЯК ФУНКЦІЯ СУСПІЛЬНОЇ СВІДОМОСТІ

Abstract
Для подолання кризової ситуації фахівці зазначають необхідність докорінних системних змін у двох сферах: у сфері макроекономіки та у сфері законодавства. Ці дві галузі суспільної діяльности цілковито залежать від можновладців. Тому, коли ми критикуємо уряд, президента й парламент, ми інмпліцитно маємо на увазі необхідність структурних перетворень саме у цих двох галузях (бо вони від нас не залежать) та відсутність відповідних ефективних дій у цьому напрямку державних посадовців вищого щаблю і народних депутатів. Проте існує ще є й третя царина суспільного виміру,яка також є принципово необхідною для подолання кризи але про яку мало хто згадує. – Це сфера суспільної свідомості адже ніякі реформи неможливі без відповідних рішучих змін саме в цій, ідеальній, царині суспільного виміру
