EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF STAFF TRAINING IN IT COMPANIES

Abstract
The article determines the relevance of the formation of a system for assessing the cost effectiveness of personnel development in IT companies. The tasks of estimating the effectiveness of training of the personnel are analyzed. Also, the research on existing approaches and methods for assessing the impact of costs on personnel development of organizations in the field of information technology is considered. The scheme of the process of managing the learning process and evaluating the effectiveness of training in IT companies is offered. The basic problems, which arise at different stages of estimation and methods of their solution, are determined, taking into account the specifics of this branch.
