EVOLUTION OF TOURISM IN KHMELNYTSKYI REGION (2013–2015)

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of tourism evolution in Khmelnytskyi region (2013–2015). The content of the tourism evolution program in the region during the specified period have been highlighted, priority directions, tourist routes, recreation centres and sanatoria have been shown. The emphasis is on popularizing the tourist and recreational potential of the region, informational provision of the tourism industry, the scientific-tourist conferences, the round tables, the tourism forums. The development of priority of tourism directions included many tasks, in particular, the improvement of the market of excursion services of the region, expansion of the network of tourist-excursion routes of the region, support of promising for the region types of tourism, the formation of investment attractiveness of the region, the development of green tourism. Important activities of the Program during this period were the organization of excursion services for schoolchildren and students, the assistance in the development and implementation of new tourist and sightseeing routes, the approval of tourist routes in the districts and cities of the region, the analysis of the condition of sanatoria and recreation bases for the search of investors and the creation of investment passport of tourist objects, organizational and methodological assistance to the heads of the corresponding village councils for the organization of activities in the field of rural and green tourism. In order to achieve the results, powerful and tireless cooperation of state administrations of all levels with tour operators, service providers and other stakeholders of the sector is underway. The attention is focused on promotional tours, tourist-journalist expeditions and partnership with the program participants.
