Abstract
This article is devoted to features ensure customs security and customs interests in the simplification of customs procedures, achieving a balance between simplification of customs procedures and efficient customs control; generalization and deepening of theoretical approaches to the definitions of «сustoms security», «custom interests», «customs risk».
