FEATURES OF THE USE OF PERSONNEL OUTSOURCING MATRIX AS AN EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR MANAGING COMPANIES IN THE FIELD OF TOURISM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the solution of actual issues of such forms of economic relationships in which the employer transfers some of the responsibilities of the management personnel of the specialized organization (the outsourcer), which is able to provide high quality services, through the use of modern technologies of personnel management and the presence in its staff of highly qualified professionals. Focuses are on the use of personnel outsourcing matrix, which facilitates its activity and promotes the growth of financial well-being in the activities of the enterprises of sphere of tourism. The advantages of such a mechanism, which allows you to engage any of the functions of an experienced business professional who specializes in a particular field of activity, as well as features of outsourcing as a management tool, is universal in nature and contributing to its implementation in the activity of tourism. Characterized by the existing system of management of innovative activity of tourism enterprises and the hospitality industry, identified the problems and prospects of its development, evaluated the possibility of using foreign experience in outsourcing application matrix, and also identified the basic directions of its perfection on the basis of improving the economic mechanism and the formation of an innovative management strategy. An attempt is made in general terms to describe the main approaches to the process of formation and peculiarities of implementation in individual business processes, personnel outsourcing matrix, but the question of a comprehensive study as an important tool for improving the personnel management lacks.
