FEATURES OF UKRAINE'S COOPERATION WITH INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS UNDER THE INVESTIGATION OF STRENGTHS FROM TAXATION OF TRANSNATIONAL CHARAKTER

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of cooperation between the competent authorities of Ukraine and international organizations during the investigation of tax evasion from a transnational nature. The essence of cooperation on combating transnational tax crimes with Interpol, Europol and Eurojust is disclosed. The forms of cooperation with Interpol are outlined. It is determined which information may be exchanged with Europol and Eurojust. The procedure for obtaining assistance from Interpol, Europol and Eurojust has been established.
