FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF THE ACTIVITY OF RESEARCH AND EXPERT-FORENSIC INSTITUTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS AND THE POSSIBILITIES OF ITS USE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the analysis of scientific views the foreign experience of the research and expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was investigated and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine were determined. It is emphasized that the use of foreign experience will allow the activity of expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to be brought to a new level by increasing the efficiency and professionalism of their activities.
