Formation of a Healthy Lifestyle of Life Student Youth with Means Physical Culture

Abstract

This paper is devoted to an extremely important educational problem – raising a healthy generation, which requires the creation of optimal conditions for self-improvement and self-regulation of each student; organizing such educational activities in high school, which would be most promoted the formation of his motivational-value ratio to a healthy life style, preservation and promotion of health. The urgency of the problem is related to the fact that scientists note a weak motivation of students to conduct a healthy lifestyle, insufficiently active introduction of modern healthsaving technologies into the teaching and upbringing process of institutions of higher education aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of students, and the formation of their conscious need for a healthy lifestyle. However, despite the existing research in pedagogy, in the mass practice of the work of universities, the problem of forming a culture of health among students does not have sufficient incarnation. In the process of studying at the university, it is necessary to apply a whole range of the most important components of the healthy lifestyle that are necessary to improve the physical, mental and social-moral qualities of the students’ personality. The formation of a culture of health and the motivation-value ratio of student youth to health is directly related to the implementation of a set of measures: the activation of social and preventive work; organization of mass physical culture and health activities; strengthening the fight against bad habits; forming health promotion skills, creating motivation for a healthy lifestyle in a student environment; inducing students to a physically active way of life, practicing physical culture, tourism and sports, improving the accessibility of these types of recovery.
