FORMATION OF DAIRY MARKET BASED ON COOPERATIVE-INTEGRATION RELATIONS

Abstract
Introduction. Dairy market is an important part of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine, which is a complex system of economic relationships between enterprises in production, milk processing and marketing of complete products. During the years of market transformation in the agricultural sector inter-economic relations of agricultural and dairy enterprises suffered destruction, occurred disintegration processes in the dairy industry, significantly reduced the number of cattle and milk production, spread imperfect competition in the product markets of raw materials and finished products which negatively affected the efficiency of the milk market. Methods. Were used general scientific and special methods of investigation, including: abstract logical (at theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions) and method of scientific generalization (when developing of proposals for improvement of economic relationships in terms of the integration process). Results. The main mechanism of formation of stable economic relations between agricultural and dairy processing enterprises is the integration links that can be in the form of industrial contracts and integration of ownership. Perspectives. One of the key strategic priorities of national revival of dairy subcomplex is sustainable development of economic relations between agricultural and dairy processing enterprises based on cooperation and integration of production, processing and marketing of finished products.
