Formation of future specialists’ competitiveness of the Pharmacetical Industry in the process of vocational training is a preface to their success in the Global Market

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the formation of future specialists’ competitiveness of the Pharmaceutical Industry that relies on the creation of such pedagogical conditions in the process of professional training in a Higher educational institution that will serve as guarantee of success in the Global Labour Market. It is determined that these conditions exist for the development of students interest’ in learning for qualified mastery of their profession – for this, a prerequisite is the development of mastering a profession on the basis of professionally oriented knowledge; for the formation of students’ professional skills and qualities at the level of innovation – for this, a prerequisite is the inclusion in a professionally oriented activities in order to develop professional skills and abilities; for the formation of competitiveness and competence of future pharmacy specialists for this, a necessary condition is organization of cognitive reflection. The main directions of improving the competitiveness of future pharmacy specialists are covered. Internal and external contradictions, which contain dedicated scientific problem. The conceptual framework for the development of future specialists’ professional competitiveness in the process of professional training is highlighted. To create a model of the formation process of the future professionals’ competitiveness like: creating acmeological environment in the training process; establishing conversational interaction as a basis for cooperation of all participants in the process; introduction to professional activities of quasi – game students and interactive technologies.
