IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO FORECASTING CRISIS PHENOMENA IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In the article an approbation of the developed scientific-methodical approach to forecasting of crisis phenomena during the management of the development of the machine-building enterprise has been carried out. For forecasting internal crises in the industrial enterprise, a system of indicator indicators was created, depending on the predictions of deterioration or improvement of which the probability of the crisis is estimated. The proposed models of forecasting various components of the crisis states of the industrial enterprise take into account the peculiarities of internal and external crises that may threaten the industrial enterprise. Thus, the industrial enterprise receives grounds for further development of the development strategy in a crisis.
