IMPORTANT CONDITIONS OF HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATION

Abstract
The ideology of the article is presented on the basis of the dialectical principles of folk pedagogy, which categorically does not recognize the phenomenon of the subject inability, but affi rming the belief that in his life each individual is simultaneously a teacher and eternal student. The ability to guaranteed formation of predicted performance and quality of training is interpreted as a logical consequence of the management eff ectiveness in educational and cognitive activities of the personality.
