Influence of communication component on the system of governmental and managerial decision-making

Abstract
The article reveals the influence of communications on the adoption of governmental and managerial decision-making (GMD). It is established that the growth of the influence of civil society on the adoption of the GMD causes the activation of communicative processes during their adoption. To a large extent, the style of communication is influenced by the content of the “frame”, which characterizes the thinking of the civil servant, the way he be- haves. With the help of the “Methodology of diagnostics of the communicative installation” of V. Boyko, the influence of the communicative attitude of civil servants on the adoption of the GMD is revealed. It is proved that the development of communication methods creates great opportunities for increasing the effectiveness of the GMD.
