The role of the public in the promotion of public administration reform

Abstract
The article analyzed the importance of cooperation between the authorities and the public. Summarized and systematized legal framework, forms and results of public participation in the formulation and implementation of public policy, promotion public administration reform. Highlighted the importance of an active social dialogue in development and approval of normative legal acts.
