INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE EDUCATIONAL-CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT OF LYCEUM

Abstract

Complex of conditions of functioning of the infrastructure of the educational-cultural environment of lyceum is analyzed in the article. Special attention is given to such conditions which contribute the formation of active vital, professional and civic position at senior pupils, as future students. Among them the following ones are distinguished: traditions of lyceum and higher educational institution – the organization of interaction of teachers and teachers of high schools and creation of specific internal atmosphere of «spirit» of lyceum as a profession-oriented school which prepares future scientists. Attention is also paid to the components of the model of the civil education and upbringing, such as: disciplinary (civic education teaching as a separate training course (social subjects); thematic (realization of the content and task of civil education and upbringing through separate themes of disciplines of humanitarian training, natural scientific and vocational training); interdisciplinary (realization of socially significant elements of the contents of disciplines of all kinds of vocational training when skills training of realization of a civic position is carried out); extracurricular (realization of civil education and upbringing during extracurricular time, including, in the process of participation in student's self-management); and institutional (democratization of life style of faculty of university, introduction models of management and self-management on the democratic bases). It is underlined that creation of an infrastructure of the democratic educational-cultural environment of lyceum is promoted by management of project models that allows the head to pass from regulatory incitement to purposeful motivation of activity of pedagogical staff, to provide conditions for self-determination and self-development of each of members. Project modelling is to develop a complex target programs on the basis of the pedagogy of co-management, co-creation, tolerance that promotes education of self-respect at senior pupil.
