INNOVATIVE APPROACH IN TECHNICAL RE-EQUIPMENT OF ROAD MACHINERY MANUFACTURING

Abstract

Purpose. The aim of the research is development of practical recommendations regarding modernization of technical preparation of manufacturing of production of engineering enterprises during the process of technical re-equipment, methodology of determination of the value of technical and economical level of a machinery park in time. Methodology. The method of dynamical prognostication for achieving a solution for the task of determination of the period of forestalling during prognostication of development of technical systems taking into account the criterion of technical level, which characterizes new research and development project in relation to existing objects of the machinery of analogical purpose, was used in the research. Results. It was clarified that calculation of the period of fore-stalling allows to determine the technical preparation period of manufacturing of a new product in the following sequence: determination of the period of technical preparation of an enterprise, calculation of the technical preparation and fund expenses of the enterprise, determination of normative values of the technical and economical level, determination of the minimum acceptable period of manufacturing of machinery and optimal period of forestalling; verification of the condition of correspondence of the technical and economical level of a products to the normative value, grounding of the period of technical preparation of manufacturing of a specific model, grounding of the time frame of the start of manufacturing, grounding of the manufacturing period length and service time of the model. Originality. Calculation of the technical and economical level of a machinery park, taking into account the change of initial technical and economical level of machinery in regards to decrease of operational performance, increase of current expenditures on operation depending on the number of years of operation is proposed. Practical value. Dynamics of prognostication of the value of technical and economical level of the asphalt mixer KDM 201 and its 7 modifications produced by PrJSC «Kredmash» with consideration of the real price of selling of the asphalt mixer, productivity for 1 year, service life and modification manufacturing period is analyzed.
