INTEGRATED APPROACH TO TRAINING FUTURE MANAGERS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

Abstract

The analysis of scientific researches concerning the problems of the organization of the educational process of the prepara- tion of future managers of physical culture and sports has been carried out. It is revealed that the introduction of an integrative approach will effectively influence the formation of these specialists. Introduction of integration into the educational process of future managers of physical culture and sports is relevant, as it will help: combine similar material of various subjects around one topic and eliminate duplication in the study of a number of disciplines; to optimize knowledge that will facilitate their assimilation with less time, but will generate equivalent theoretical and technological skills; to acquire students a significant amount of study material and to achieve the integrity of knowledge; motivate students to gain knowledge, self-development; to form personal growth of the student, the disclosure of abilities, cognitive capabilities; Provide opportunities for students to practically apply acquired knowledge from different disciplines for future professional activities. It has been established that the content of the educational integrated disciplines should include, as a cycle of general edu- cation disciplines, and professionally oriented and important content characteristic is the level of integration, which establishes the degree of changes in the integrative content. As the essential consequence of integration will be that it will promote general- ization, consolidation and growth, information content of scientific knowledge, that is, separate concepts of law and theory will pass into the general rank and allow to explain more specific properties and connections. It is proved that the improvement of the professional competence of the manager of physical culture and sport should take place, taking into account the content of education is a personal component. After all, improvement of the professional compe- tence of the manager of physical culture and sports should take place, taking into account the content of education orientation on the person, namely: strengthening the formation of professional orientation of this specialist; creation of a comprehensive system of its professional training; the formation of creative thinking. It is the integration of the contents of the training of the future manager of physical culture and sports to ensure his professional orientation, which includes: the value of the profession (meaning of work, qualifications, social status, etc.), motives (career, welfare, wages, interests, intentions, ideals, etc.), profes- sional orientation (attitude to the profession, hope, readiness for professional development, readiness for continuous education, tocho), social-professional status.
