INTERACTION OF PLANAR DEEP VIBROPLATES WITH HALF-SPACE OF CONCRETE MIX

Abstract

Purpose. To define the problem of interaction of planar deep vibrating compactor with a concrete medium, which allows to determine explicitly the law of vibrations of the dynamic system "vibrating compactor – concrete medium", in which the latter is represented as half-space. Methodology. As a result of the complex function transformation, analytical expression describing the law of propagation of elastic-viscoplastic deformation waves in an explicit form in the interaction of planar vibration absorber with a concrete medium, represented as half-space, is obtained. Results. Analytical expressions for determination of the reduced rigidity, the reduced coefficient of inelastic resistance and the reduced mass of the compacted concrete mix by vibration influence are received. The vibration amplitude of a vertically mounted plate of a deep sealer is determined. The law of changes of stresses arising in the compacted layer of the concrete mixture under vibration action planar vibrator is defined. Specific values of reduced stiffness, reduced weight and reduced coefficient of inelastic resistance of compacted concrete mix are determined. Changes in the amplitude of vibrations of the deep plane vibration absorber and the amplitude of stresses arising in the concrete medium of different consistency at the point of its contact with the deep vibration absorber, depending on the relative density of the concrete mixture, are graphically presented and analyzed. The change of vibration amplitude and stress amplitude in the concrete medium of different consistency depending on the distance to the source of vibration is shown. Originality. Theoretical expressions that accurately describe the behavior of a real dynamical system "vibration machine - compacted environment" compaction of concrete mixes deep vibration compactor, both from plastic and from hard concrete mixtures, by the application of horizontally directed oscillations. Practical. The obtained analytical dependences allow substantiate the rational parameters of the deep vibrating compactor, to choose a rational method of vibration impact on the compacted medium and the appropriate mode of operation depending on the consistency of the concrete mixture and the thickness of the compacted layer.
