INTERACTIVE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF LABOR STUDIES AND TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the role of interactive technologies in the training of future teachers of labor training and technology. The defi nitions of «innovation», «Educational Innovation», «Innovative Technology» are provided, and based on that stated educational innovation technologies – a set of tools and methods that facilitate the implementation of certain innovations aimed at increasing effi ciency and improving the educational process, development individual students and teachers, the management of the education system and its interaction with other sectors of the economy. It is proved that one of the effective ways of forming a fully developed human specialist is the realization of interactive learning technologies as special forms of teaching and learning activity that aims to provide a comfortable learning environment in which every member of the educational process feel their success and intellectual ability and provides individualized participation as every single individual in the collective training activities and active cooperation of all participants in the educational process. Characteristics of interactive technologies and specifi ed ways of their effective use in the training of future teachers of labor training and technology are shown.
